What Triggers an Alert
- New planning applications lodged on monitored properties
- Planning decisions — approvals, refusals, and conditions
- Title changes — new encumbrances, caveats or dealings registered
- Sale activity — properties listed or sold
- Permit commencement — construction activity detected near monitored sites
How to Set Up Alerts
- Search for any property or mark a location on the map
- Click “Add Alert” on the property detail panel
- Choose your notification preferences — email, in-app, or both
- Set the alert frequency — immediate, daily digest, or weekly summary
- Manage all alerts from your Alerts Dashboard
