What’s in the Free Report
The free property report includes:
- Property address and lot details — full address, lot on plan reference, and title reference
- Land area — as per title records
- Zone — the current planning zone under the applicable local planning scheme
- Overlays — a summary of any planning overlays affecting the property (heritage, flood, bushfire, environmental)
- Last sale — the most recent recorded sale price and date (where publicly available)
- Council — the responsible local government area
- Planning scheme — a direct link to the applicable planning scheme on the state government portal
That’s everything you need for a quick property check — whether you’re a buyer doing a first pass on a property, a neighbour curious about what’s happening next door, or a professional doing a rapid pre-screen before committing to a full analysis.
Why We Built This
